Credits

Image generation is credit-based:

  • Each platform format generated uses 1 credit. For example, generating an image in both Instagram Post and Facebook Cover formats uses 2 credits.
  • Credits reset monthly on your billing date.
  • Track your current usage on the Usage page under Settings.

If you run out of credits before your reset date, you can upgrade your plan for more.

Upgrading & Downgrading

Upgrading:

  1. Go to the Billing page.
  2. Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
  3. Complete the checkout process.
  4. Your new plan takes effect immediately with prorated billing.

Downgrading:

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You retain full access to your current plan until then.
Cancellation
  1. Go to the Billing page.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  4. You can resume your subscription at any time before it expires.

After cancellation, your data is preserved. If you re-subscribe later, your templates, brand kits, and creations will still be available.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
  • Update your payment method through Billing > Manage Billing.
  • Receipts are sent to your email after each billing cycle.
  • Access your full billing history through the Stripe billing portal.
